4 Signs of Acidic Body and How to Correct it

Acidic body means unhealthy body. When your body is overly acidic, it makes an unwanted environment where yeast, bacteria, and illness thrive. What is it?

Simply said – it is the measure of alkalinity and acidity. Both are significant in their own way. Our stomach, for instance, needs high acidity in order to digest foods, while our immune system requires alkalinity.

The detox systems of the body are unable to deal with an overwhelming amount of acid in the body and will push it back in the fat tissues, and cling to cells. Moreover, your metabolism – that relies on appropriate alkaline levels – has a difficult time functioning correctly, which stops the body from burning calories.

So, if you notice that you have problems from cavities or cannot eat hot or cold foods without your teeth erupting in great pain, that can be a sign that you are actually suffering from acid-associated enamel degradation.

This sign indicates how common high acidity in the human body actually is. Surveys have constantly shown that people in the U.S. are one of the most sleep-deprived people in this world. There is a great chance that acidity in the body is to blame.

Remember how your body pulls calcium from your bones in an effort to fight acidity? Well, according to the Human Nutrition Research Center in North Dakota, when the calcium levels deplete – you will suffer from insomnia.

All you need to do is mix 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. You will notice that the solution is really fizzy. You should wait till it stops fizzing and then, pour 8 ounces/235 milligrams of water. Next, drink the beverage in one sitting. 

Change Your Cleaning Products

You should change some of your cleaning products because most of the commercial cleaning products are extremely acidic and can have a huge effect on your body’s pH balance.

Our body has its limits for how much it could compensate for the acid imbalance. Hence, food intake plays an essential role in maintaining the acid-alkaline balance. Various diseases and common malaise are the results of the attempt of the body to rebalance the inner environment.
