Cut one avocado into slices and place them on a single piece of bread, apply some crumbled feta cheese and a few pomegranates. Sprinkle olive oil to finish.

 

  1. Light Cream Cheese, Raspberries, Blackberries and Basil

This way your bread won’t get soggy. Now, you can place the strawberries on the toast. Next, apply a few shelled Edamame, and finish with a pinch of sea salt.

  1. Cottage Cheese, Pineapple, and Cashews

Apply a good amount of cottage cheese. Next, cut some pieces of pineapple and peel them good. Apply on your toast and sprinkle with a few chopped cashews. Enjoy! 

  1. Kale, Omelet and Cheddar Cheese

  • Remove the center ribs of the kale. Heat oil in a pan until pretty hot. Then, fry chopped kale for about 2 minutes with a pinch of salt. In the end, turn off the heat and remove the pan.
  • Next, beat one egg and add some black pepper and salt to season it. Add oil to the pan and turn on the heat. Pour the beaten add and let it spread thinly. Then, lower the heat. When the omelet is done, take a spatula and gently fold your omelet into some quarters.
  • Apply the kale and omelet on the piece of toast. Grate cheddar on the top.
  • Put the toast back into the warm pan and cover it for about 30 seconds so the cheese can melt down.
