Very informative article however it’s aggravating how common it is in this type of healthful food advice column not to specify whether you are referring to fresh, frozen or canned and to compare nutritional values.
Yes it’s an extra sentence or two and a little more research but eg the “eat fish three times a week” recommendation. I suspect a majority of Americans don’t have fresh fish 3 x pw because they can’t afford it. I love fish but due to circumstances I rarely have it fresh but I often have good quality canned tuna and/or sardines 2 or 3 times a week.
