If a person takes carvidolol which is a beta blocker a problem and also takes potassium, should eating a banana create a problem? He also has had triple by-pass and valve replacement

Very helpful information. Im on a alkaline diet and eat alot of bananas which satisfies hunger at time . I also eliminated raw sugar and transformed sugars in my diet and bananas totally saisify my sweet tooth. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge on bannas.

At 73 years of age I start every day with a glass of room temperature filtered tap water with a shot of MIRAMAX. Then a banana folloervby a cup of black coffee.
stopped leg cramps during the night. When I miss the banana after three days and switch to say apples or oranges the leg cramps come back. No idea if this will help the next guy but it works for me.
Bananas are easy to travel as you you know that the fruit is clean unlike the apple skin that so many people have handled. Remember to wash your fruit before eating the skin if the fruit. Ie apples peaches nectarine.
