Aromatic herbs add a great flair to this detoxifying water. Consume it first thing in the morning to be ready to get your day off to the right start! It’s especially helpful for people who exercise a lot – just like Claudio from our team does.

You will need:

  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 springs rosemary
  • 1 handful mint
  • 1 handful thyme
  • Spring water

Instructions:

  • Wash and thinly slice 1 lemon and ½ cucumber.
  • Fill a jug with water. Add cucumber slices, lemon slices, and all the herbs.
  • Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Enjoy!
